Headquartered in Bengaluru, the company owns and operates large-scale commercial office spaces situated in key business districts across the city. Its business model primarily focuses on generating stable rental income from leading multinational corporations and global enterprises.
The REIT portfolio includes around 19.6 million sq. ft. of leasable space spread across 6 major business parks, maintaining a strong committed occupancy level of 98.8% with more than 60 tenants. Apart from operational office assets, the portfolio also includes under-development projects, future expansion opportunities, hospitality assets, and solar energy projects.
