Mehul Telecom’s IPO Listing 2026 – Allotment, Demat Credit & BSE SME Debut

Mehul Telecom’s IPO will open on April 17, 2026, and close on April 21, 2026. It is a book-built issue, with the company aiming to raise around ₹28 crore, entirely through a fresh issue of shares with a face value of ₹10 each.

The IPO price band is set at ₹96 to ₹98 per share. The allocation is structured with 50% reserved for QIBs, 35% for retail investors, and 15% for HNIs.

The shares are expected to be listed on the BSE SME platform on April 24, 2026, while the allotment is likely to be finalized on April 22, 2026.

Financially, the company reported revenue of ₹121.02 crore in FY2025, compared to ₹107.37 crore in FY2024. Profit also showed strong growth, increasing to ₹6.04 crore in 2025 from ₹2.19 crore in 2024.

Mehul Telecom offers a wide range of products, including smartphones and tablets from leading brands such as Samsung, Apple (iPhone), Vivo, Oppo, Realme, Nokia, OnePlus, Xiaomi, Nothing, Tecno, and Infinix, among others.

In addition to smartphones, the company sells a variety of accessories such as speakers, smartwatches, earphones, headsets, mobile covers, chargers, screen guards, power banks, fire sticks, car holders, and pen drives from major brands.
