Om Power Transmission IPO Listing 2026 – Allotment, Demat Credit & BSE SME Debut

The Om Power Transmission IPO is a ₹150.06 crore book-built issue, including a fresh issue of ₹132.56 crore and an offer for sale of ₹17.50 crore. It will open on April 9, 2026, and close on April 13, 2026, with allotment expected on April 15 and listing on April 17 on the NSE and BSE.

As of December 31, 2025, the company had a strong order book of 58 projects worth ₹744.6 crore, along with operations and maintenance of 124 substations and a workforce of 1,164 employees. Its business spans transmission lines, substations, underground cabling, and O&M services. Key strengths include a solid execution track record, diversified order book, consistent financial performance, and experienced management.
