YAAP Digital IPO Subscription Status Update: Day 3 Demand Across Categories

The YAAP Digital IPO continues to attract investor bids as the subscription period progresses. The issue opened for subscription on 25 February 2026 and will close on 27 February 2026. Priced in the band of ₹138 to ₹145 per equity share, the IPO is structured with 50 percent allocation for Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB), 15 percent for Non-Institutional Investors (NII) and 35 percent for Retail Individual Investors (RII). Bids must be placed in lots of 2,000 shares, with the offer size around ₹80.11 crore and a planned listing on the NSE SME on 5 March 2026.

Initial subscription numbers show strong demand from institutional investors, with Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB) bidding 3.74 times their quota on both Day 1 and Day 2. The Non-Institutional category rose to 1.22 times by the second day, while Retail participation improved to 0.29 times. Overall subscription stood at 1.47 times at the close of Day 2 of bidding.
