The IPO was open for subscription from December 3, 2025, to December 5, 2025. The basis of allotment was finalized on December 8, 2025, and the equity shares were subsequently listed on both the BSE and NSE on December 10, 2025.
The price band for the issue was fixed at ₹52 per share. Investors could apply in lots of 288 shares. At the upper end of the price band, the minimum investment required for retail investors was ₹14,976. For non-institutional investors, the minimum application size for small NIIs was 14 lots (4,032 shares), amounting to ₹2,09,664, while big NIIs were required to apply for at least 67 lots (19,296 shares), with a total investment of ₹10,03,392.

Established in 1981, Vidya Wires Limited is a manufacturer of copper and aluminum wires, catering to a wide range of industrial and infrastructure applications. The company specializes in producing winding and conductivity solutions designed for performance-critical uses across multiple sectors.
Vidya Wires offers an extensive portfolio of products, including precision-engineered wires, copper strips, conductors, busbars, specialized winding wires, PV ribbons, and aluminum paper-covered strips. These products are widely used in essential applications such as power generation, electrical and electronic systems, electric mobility, rail transport, and clean energy projects, where high conductivity, durability, and thermal efficiency are crucial.
The company has built a manufacturing capacity of 19,680 metric tonnes per annum (MTPA) and plans to expand this to 37,680 MTPA by setting up an additional 18,000 MTPA facility at Narsanda, Gujarat. Its manufacturing capabilities span more than 8,000 SKUs, with product dimensions ranging from 0.07 mm to 25 mm. The company also intends to diversify its offerings by introducing new products such as copper foils, solar cables, and aluminum winding wires.
Vidya Wires’ product range includes enameled copper winding wires, enameled rectangular copper strips, fiberglass-covered copper and aluminum conductors, paper-insulated copper and aluminum conductors in both round and rectangular forms, twin and triple bunched paper-insulated copper strips, cotton-covered ropes, PV ribbons, PV bus bars, and copper busbars.
As of November 14, 2025, the company employed 139 permanent staff members and engaged over 394 contract workers.
