The price band for the IPO was set at ₹435 per share. The lot size for an application is 34 shares. For retail investors, the minimum investment is 1 lot (34 shares), amounting to ₹14,790 (based on the upper price). For sNII investors, the minimum subscription is 14 lots (476 shares), totaling ₹2,07,060, while bNII investors must subscribe to a minimum of 68 lots (2,312 shares), amounting to ₹10,05,720.
The IPO was managed by JM Financial Ltd. as the Book Running Lead Manager, with Kfin Technologies Ltd. serving as the Registrar of the Issue.

As of May 31, 2024, Schloss operates 67 restaurants, bars, and cafes, including Jamavar, Library Bar, ZLB 23, Megu, China XO, Le Cirque, and Sheesh Mahal. The company also offers 12 spas and wellness sanctuaries, with a collaboration with Soneva under development at The Leela Palace Bengaluru, set for completion in FY 2026.
The hotels are fully equipped to host corporate meetings, conferences, weddings, and social events, catering to India’s premium MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) market.
