PropShare Celestia is the third scheme launched by Property Share Investment Trust, India’s first SEBI-registered small and medium REIT.
The scheme provides investors with access to seven floors within Stratum @ Venus Grounds, a Grade A+ mixed-use commercial development featuring a distinctive atrium. The property is strategically located in the prime Nehru Nagar Ahmedabad area of Ahmedabad.
The project spans approximately 2,07,838 sq. ft. and hosts three managed office and co-working operators:

Paragraph Khajanchi Business Centre LLP
These operators cater to a diversified tenant base of 10 end occupiers, including prominent names such as Tech Mahindra, along with a US-based professional services firm, a leading Indian private sector bank, a B2B e-commerce platform, a risk management and financial analytics firm, and a data analytics and business intelligence company. This diversified tenant mix supports stable and predictable income generation.
Axis Trustee Services acts as the trustee to the scheme, while PropShare Investment Manager Pvt. Ltd. serves as the investment manager.
