For non-institutional investors (NIIs), the minimum application size for small NIIs (sNIIs) was 14 lots (2,114 shares) amounting to ₹2,09,286, while for big NIIs (bNIIs) it was 67 lots (10,117 shares) amounting to ₹10,01,583.
Sarthi Capital Advisors Private Limited acted as the Book Running Lead Manager (BRLM) to the issue, while Cameo Corporate Services Limited served as the Registrar.

BMW Ventures Limited is primarily engaged in the trading and distribution of steel products, manufacturing of PVC pipes, roll forming, and the fabrication of pre-engineered buildings (PEB) and steel girders. In addition to its core steel-related activities, the company is also involved in the distribution of tractor engines and spare parts as part of its diversification strategy.

Over the years, the company has built a strong marketing and sales network of more than 1,250 dealers, comprising both exclusive and non-exclusive dealers across the state.
The company operates six stockyards, with one located in Purnea and five in Patna, all within Bihar.
As of March 31, 2025, BMW Ventures Limited employed a total of 639 personnel, supporting its operations across manufacturing, distribution, and sales functions.
