Shadowfax Technologies IPO Allotment Update: Status, Listing Date, Time

Shadowfax Technologies IPO allotment is expected to be finalised on Friday, January 23. The logistics solutions provider launched its IPO in a price band of ₹118 to ₹124 per share, aiming to raise ₹1,907.27 crore. This included a fresh issue of equity shares worth ₹1,000 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of ₹907.27 crore.

The IPO received an overall subscription of 2.72 times. A total of 24.23 crore shares were bid for against 8.90 crore shares on offer. Qualified Institutional Buyers showed strong interest with a subscription of 3.81 times, while retail investors subscribed 2.31 times. The Non-Institutional Investor category saw a relatively lower response at 0.84 times.

Investors who applied for the issue can check the allotment status on the official websites of NSE, BSE, or the registrar KFin Technologies once the basis of allotment is announced.

Under the OFS component, existing shareholders such as Flipkart Internet Pvt Ltd, Eight Roads Investments Mauritius II, Qualcomm Asia Pacific, Nokia Growth Partners IV, NewQuest Asia Fund IV (Singapore), International Finance Corporation, and Mirae Asset–backed funds are selling their stakes.

The company plans to use the proceeds from the fresh issue for lease payments related to first-mile and last-mile operations and sort centres. Funds will also be allocated toward expanding network infrastructure capacity, branding and marketing initiatives, general corporate purposes, and potential inorganic acquisitions.

As per market trackers and media reports, Shadowfax Technologies’ unlisted shares are trading at around ₹124 in the grey market, indicating a grey market premium of 0% over the upper end of the IPO price band.
