Digilogic Systems IPO opens Jan 20; price band set at Rs 98–104
Digilogic Systems IPO will consist of a fresh issue of equity shares worth ₹69.67 crore along with an offer for sale (OFS) of up to 11.50 lakh shares amounting to ₹11.33 crore.
Digilogic Systems Limited, a city-based provider of automated test equipment systems and application software for the defence and aerospace sector, has announced that its IPO will open for subscription on January 20. According to the company, the anchor portion will open on January 19, while the issue will close on January 22.
The company plans to raise ₹69.67 crore through the fresh issue and ₹11.33 crore via the OFS, with the shares proposed to be listed on the BSE SME platform.
The price band has been fixed at ₹98–₹104 per share, and the lot size is 1,200 equity shares. Each equity share carries a face value of ₹2.
