Digilogic Systems IPO Opens Today | Check GMP, Price Band & Details

The SME IPO of Digilogic Systems will open for subscription on Tuesday. The book-built public issue is priced between Rs 98 and Rs 104 per share and will remain open for bidding until January 22. The shares are expected to be listed on the BSE SME platform with a tentative listing date of January 28.

Currently, the IPO is trading at a 0% grey market premium, reflecting muted expectations for listing gains at this stage. The offer includes a fresh issue of Rs 69.68 crore and an offer for sale of Rs 11.33 crore by existing shareholders.
