Digilogic Systems IPO Allotment Update: Status on BSE, KFin, Listing Date
Digilogic Systems IPO allotment status is likely to be finalised on Friday, January 23, 2026. The ₹81.01 crore SME IPO was launched in a price band of ₹98 to ₹104 per share and comprised a fresh issue of shares worth ₹69.68 crore along with an offer for sale (OFS) of ₹11.33 crore by promoter Madhusudhan Varma Jetty.

The public issue was fully subscribed on the final day of bidding. As per BSE data, the IPO received bids for 65.23 lakh shares against 59.79 lakh shares on offer, resulting in an overall subscription of 1.09 times. Qualified Institutional Buyers subscribed 1.60 times, while retail investors showed moderate interest with a subscription of 1.08 times. The Non-Institutional Investor segment was subscribed 0.56 times.
Investors who applied for the Digilogic Systems IPO can check the allotment status online through the BSE website or the registrar KFin Technologies once the basis of allotment is announced. The allotment is expected to be finalised by late evening on January 23.

The company plans to utilise the IPO proceeds for setting up a new manufacturing facility, repayment of debt, meeting general corporate requirements, and covering issue-related expenses.
Digilogic Systems operates in the aerospace and defence segment and is engaged in designing, developing, manufacturing, and supporting advanced test systems, software solutions, and embedded signal processing technologies.

Shares of Digilogic Systems are scheduled to be listed on the SME platform of BSE on Wednesday, January 28, 2026, with trading expected to begin at 10 am.
As per market trackers and media reports, Digilogic Systems’ unlisted shares are trading at around ₹104 in the grey market, indicating a grey market premium (GMP) of 0% over the upper end of the IPO price band.
