Bagmane REIT IPO Listing 2026 – Allotment, Demat Credit & BSE SME Debut

Bagmane Prime Office REIT made a positive stock market debut with a listing gain of 3.50% on both BSE and NSE, as the shares opened at ₹103.50 against the IPO price. The IPO Grey Market Premium (GMP) was reported around ₹4 before listing. The public issue received a strong response from investors and was subscribed 24.96 times overall on the final day of bidding. The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB) category was subscribed 26.58 times, while the Non-Institutional Investors (NII) segment saw 22.82 times subscription. The retail investor portion remained subscribed over 0 times.

The Bagmane Prime Office REIT IPO received approval from SEBI to raise ₹3,405 crores through a combination of a fresh issue worth ₹2,390 crores and an Offer for Sale (OFS) of up to 10,15,00,000 equity shares. The company fixed the IPO price band at ₹95 to ₹100 per share. Under the retail category, investors received a minimum lot size of 150 shares in one lot. Retail investors were required to make a minimum investment of ₹15,000 to apply for the IPO.
