The Leapfrog Engineering Services IPO will open for subscription on April 23, 2026, and close on April 27, 2026. The IPO is scheduled to be listed on the BSE on April 30, 2026, with the allotment expected on April 28, 2026.

From a financial perspective, the company reported revenue of ₹137.37 crore in FY2025, compared to ₹162.88 crore in FY2024. The company reported a profit of ₹16.22 crore in 2025, slightly lower than ₹16.39 crore in 2024. Based on the financials, the IPO appears more suitable for investors with a long-term investment horizon.
