The Park Medi World Ltd. IPO is a book-built issue of ₹920 crore, comprising a fresh issue of 4.75 crore shares aggregating to ₹770 crore and an offer for sale of 0.93 crore shares aggregating to ₹150 crore.

For small NII (sNII) investors, the minimum application was 14 lots (1,288 shares), amounting to ₹2,08,656, and for big NII (bNII) investors, it was 68 lots (6,256 shares), totaling ₹10,13,472.

Nuvama Wealth Management Ltd. acted as the book running lead manager, while Kfin Technologies Ltd. served as the registrar for the issue.

About Company

Incorporated in 2011, Park Medi World Limited is a private hospital chain operating primarily in North India, with a total bed capacity of 3,000 beds as of March 31, 2025.

The company operates 14 multi-super speciality hospitals under the ‘Park’ brand. All hospitals are accredited by the National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers (NABH), and eight hospitals are also accredited by the National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL). The network spans Haryana, Delhi, Punjab, and Rajasthan.

Park Medi World offers over 30 super speciality and speciality services, including internal medicine, neurology, urology, gastroenterology, general surgery, orthopaedics, and oncology.

As of September 30, 2025, the hospitals were equipped with 870 ICU beds, 67 operating theatres (OTs), and an oxygen generation plant at each location to support critical care. The hospital locations include Haryana (Ambala, Gurugram, Karnal, Panipat, Palam Vihar, Sonipat, Faridabad), Delhi, Punjab (Patiala, Mohali), and Rajasthan (Jaipur, Behror).

The company had a workforce of 1,014 doctors and 2,142 nurses as of September 30, 2025.
