Dachepalli Publishers is coming out with a book-built IPO aggregating ₹40.39 crores. The entire issue comprises a fresh offer of 0.40 crore equity shares, with no offer for sale component involved.
The IPO is scheduled to open for subscription on December 22, 2025, and will close on December 24, 2025. The basis of allotment is expected to be finalized by December 26, 2025. The equity shares are proposed to be listed on the BSE SME platform, with a tentative listing date of December 30, 2025.
The price band for the issue has been fixed in the range of ₹100 to ₹102 per share. Investors can apply in lots of 1,200 shares. At the upper price band, retail investors are required to make a minimum investment of ₹2,44,800 for 2,400 shares. For HNI applicants, the minimum application size is three lots, or 3,600 shares, amounting to ₹3,67,200.
Synfinx Capital Pvt. Ltd. has been appointed as the book running lead manager for the IPO, while Bigshare Services Pvt. Ltd. will act as the registrar to the issue. JSK Securities & Services Pvt.
